  • 17.02.10

I met many Israelis that serve in the army during the volunteering. I realized that reality is more complicated then I think, that Israel is different then what media shows here. Thanks to this people I feel I have better knowledge of Arab-Israeli conflict. I think its important to show Israel is not only bombing and occupation but do good deeds too. It was very intresting and I think its nice they take people from all the world to this volntreeing.

  • 17.02.10

I'm happy to see that you still teach many people to follow their hearts. Love you.

  • 17.02.10

You brought tears into my eyes. The thought about these little orphans babies is heart breaking. God bless you, good people!!

  • 16.02.10

The people that Lev Olam Supports can’t vote – they have no Internet connections, no computers, no proper clothing, no sufficient food, no minimal health services, no clean water, no way to sound their voices but the tears they shade in the dark. The people of Lev Olam are the only ones who hear them. Listen, maybe you will hear them too.

  • 16.02.10

    for graet two weeks.

  • 16.02.10

You make the best food in India!! I miss you Paranta very much!!!

  • 16.02.10

Too Bad the video doesn't show the other members of the organization. This is a bunch of unbelievably good people, they travel to the end of the world to help poor kids and they are highly professional and skilled guys with very big and warm hearts. It was a huge Ze'chutt to know these guys and to work with them. I'm older them most of them and yet, they taught me a lot. Next year, I hope I'll be able to volunteer again.

  • 16.02.10

Unfortunately we as Jews are not giving the proper attention to our wider role in the world and tend to be concentrated in ourselves and our communities. We have much to give to the world and Tikkun Olam is the right way to give. We need to encourage our communities to take part in similar actions.

  • 15.02.10

I learned with Lev Olam that to give to others make your life reacher. they tought me the meaning of Ma'aser. Hibuki, Dana.

  • 15.02.10

I was in this project and it is the best thing hapening to Israelis in India. it changes the life of many people, Isralies and Indian.

  • 14.02.10

They deserve all the respect and more. The beautiful face of Israel.

  • 14.02.10

The two weeks I volunteered with Lev Olam are my best time in India. They are wonderful people and give example to all Israelis. They changed my opinion on Indian people and show me that a trip can be more then just seeing nice places and its much better when you meet people from other cultures. thankyou for all the good you are doing.

  • 13.02.10

We had a great time together. Keep in touch and next time we’ll meet we’ll drop down some beers together.

  • 13.02.10

I participated in the group in Hampi two weeks ago. I want to thank Natti and Offir and Shalti and ofcourse sweet Ganga for everything they did. It was wonderfull , TODA RABA.

  • 13.02.10

If you could only see the responses of the local villagers to this guys…they call them “the holy people of Israel”.

  • 13.02.10

I am not familiar with this group but it seems like a highly significant task. They got my vote.

  • 13.02.10

I was almost 9 months in India and the only time I felt I’m really experiencing India was during that project. It is one of the strongest experiences of my life. I am still thinking about the kids I saw in the orphanage. I hope they will be OK. You can’t really understand unless you saw it yourself.

  • 12.02.10

הסרט הזה העיר לי את הגעגועים להודו. מה זה מתאים לי עכשיו.

Israel definitely needs some positive publicity.

  • 11.02.10

Whether you'll get the PC or not – you already won! God bless you!!

  • 11.02.10

The voting does NOT determine who wins the laptop. That will be decided by a panel of judges. The voting only helps determine who will win one iPod touch. Read the rules!

  • 09.02.10

Are you having a seder pesach in Dharmasala this year 2? Please send mail. We in kudaikanal now, the Galta gang!!!!

    These people are Tzadikim.

  • 08.02.10

I took part in one of their projects last month in Hampi. Traveled especially from Udaipur to get there. My first interaction with Israelis and I was very impressed. By far, the most professional aid organization I saw in India. We were 20 volunteers and 4 staff members from Lev Olam, headed by a lovely guy called Natti. They worked us very hard but we enjoyed every minute. They take care of everything and have six local assistants including a paramedic and a cook. I recommend them warmly. Danke Natti and Offir. Danke Ganga, it was great to meet you. Love, Carola.

  • 07.02.10

Had a look at the site, Bradley Cohen isn't one of the founders of Lev Olam, as may be concluded from the video. To who, and to what purpose will this computer be going if he wins?

  • 07.02.10

You guys should be truly blessed for the amazing job you're doing! This is truly amazing and you brought tears to my eyes.
However, I really don't think this is the competition for you. You need some big money coming in, and by the looks of it, you already got some, given your website, the video, and especially the fact that what you do - travel around the world to help people - requires a lot of money. I really think you should be doing something to get some real cash flow and not waist your time on this competition.
Please correct me if I am wrong. I am really saying this out of the utmost respect and appreciation to what you guys do and I wish you all the best!

  • 07.02.10

  • 07.02.10

    Kol HaKavod for your work!!

I must wonder though, If you can produce a professional video like this, are you really the one who needs the Macbook? There are other contestants that might need it more..
